I love working with individuals and teams, supporting them, and seeing the development that is possible when people are invested in making positive changes.

Training

Organizations benefit from training when they are navigating change or looking to strengthen how people work together. Periods of growth, leadership transitions, recurring conflict, or persistent miscommunication can signal that teams need better tools for collaboration. Targeted training can address these issues while strengthening teams and organizations; it has been my experience that staff are more motivated and satisfied with their work when they feel supported by relevant training measures.

It is important to me to create a professional, warm, and inviting training environment that incorporates experiential learning practices. Trainings are tailored to your needs and strike a balance between self-reflection, group interaction, relevant theoretical input, real life examples, and opportunities to practice what is learned. This helps ensure that staff will relate to and put to use what they gain in training for a lasting positive impact on your organization.

Coaching

Together, we can take the time to dive into topics you have been wanting to address, to find the resources you need to address them, and build the motivation it takes to do so. With a systemic approach, we take into consideration the bigger picture and your own personal context, knowing that small changes you make create ripples and have an impact on the larger systems – like your family, workplace, or volunteer organization – you inhabit.

I am your sparring partner and create a safe space to move forward on your personal and professional challenges.

Coaching can prove particularly helpful when you are starting a new leadership position, considering your next career step, or have experienced a personal or professional crisis that requires reevaluating and redefining your path forward.

In my work, I draw on a variety of methods including ZRM®, inner team, and constellations, while remaining adaptable and focused on my client and their own innate strengths and ability to enact change.

Peer Consultation

Peer consultation is an extremely useful systemic approach to problem solving that allows for multiple perspectives. It is highly versatile and can take place either as part of a training, or as a stand alone method. It can be used within teams, across departments, and in networking groups. When established and used regularly, it builds a learning culture while also training people to look at and think about interpersonal and professional challenges differently. When I facilitate a peer consultation, participants are surprised by how resourced they are to address what had been a difficult situation for them.

In this facilitated, systems-based dialogue participants collectively explore a real challenge presented by one member of the group. Each participant commits to engaging thoughtfully and contributing their curiosity, perspective, and ideas. As the facilitator, I commit to guiding participants through each stage – asking questions, then analyzing, and finally voicing solutions. Through this structured and respectful process, the group is able to generate innovative, context-sensitive approaches.
